First Day (Sunday) School at Old Haverford is a vibrant place where children learn about spirituality through Bible stories, Quaker history, and lots of great activities. First Day School is concurrent with Meeting for Worship, from 10:30 AM to the rise of Meeting on Sundays each week, September through June. The children are engaged in many activities over the course of the year, learning about the Bible, Quaker testimonies, engaging in Godly Play and even putting on a play or two of their own!

Babysitting and child care are also provided each week from 10:30 AM through the conclusion of Worship and any Forum or Program thereafter.

Adults also have a First Day program (Forum) starting about Noon on some Sundays (see Calendar), though on the second Sunday of each month we use that time for our Monthly Business Meeting. All are welcome to attend either our Forums or our Business Meetings.
